2. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payments must be made using the provided payment gateways or Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, traffic). BRISAM TECH is not liable for minor delays, but we will always communicate any significant changes to your delivery schedule.

4. Perishable Goods Policy

Given the perishable nature of our products, you must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address. If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, we cannot guarantee the freshness of the product upon redelivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

BRISAM TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or products, except where required by Tanzanian consumer protection laws.
