Are your fish fresh or frozen?
We offer both! Our fresh Tilapia and Nile Perch are caught daily and dispatched fresh. We also offer blast-frozen options for customers outside the immediate Lake Victoria region to ensure safety during transit.
How is the dried fish (Dagaa) cleaned?
Our premium Dagaa is sun-dried on raised racks (not on the sand) and carefully sifted to remove impurities, dust, and tiny stones. It is ready to wash and cook.
Do you supply wholesale for restaurants?
Yes, we supply hotels, restaurants, and retailers. We have dedicated wholesale variations (e.g., 5kg, 10kg, 50kg) for many of our products. Contact us directly for bulk pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, Halopesa), credit/debit cards via secure payment gateways, and Cash on Delivery for specific regions like Mwanza.
