We offer reliable and hygienic delivery of fresh and dried fish across Tanzania. Please review our delivery guidelines below.

Delivery Zones and Times

• Mwanza City & Environs: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM. Orders placed later will be delivered the next morning.
• Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Dodoma: Delivered within 2-3 business days using our trusted cold-chain logistics partners for fresh items, and standard courier for dried items.
• Other Regions: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on accessibility and transport schedules.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your region and the weight of your order. We frequently offer free delivery promotions for orders exceeding certain amounts (check the announcement bar at the top of the site for current offers).

Receiving Your Order

Because fresh fish is highly perishable, it is crucial that someone is present at the delivery address to receive and immediately refrigerate or freeze the items. If our rider cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the items will be returned to our facility, and you may be charged a redelivery fee.

Packaging

Fresh fish is packed with ice in insulated bags or boxes to maintain temperature during transit. Dried fish is securely vacuum-sealed or packed in moisture-resistant materials to preserve quality.
